• Don’t want to log training or communicate consistently
• Prefer fixed programs without adjustments
• Are not willing to follow a structured process
How Coaching Works

2. Review & Alignment
If it’s a good fit, we’ll align expectations and determine the best coaching setup.
3. Onboarding
You’ll receive your individualized program tracking setup and clear guidelines.
4. Training Begins
Weekly check-ins, adjustments, and ongoing communication to drive progress.
